GARVI GIFTS: REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Garvi Gifts, we are committed to providing the joy of giving and ensuring every gift delivers a WOW experience. If, however, you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below.

1. Our Same-Day Return/Exchange Window We offer a Same-Day Return and Exchange Policy on eligible items, applicable only on the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

The return request must be initiated on the same day of the original delivery date.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all price tags, labels, and documentation intact.

The return is requested for a valid reason (see Section 3).

3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange (Excluding Packaging Defects) We accept returns or exchanges ONLY for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Product: The item inside the packaging arrived broken, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect that impacts its use or appearance.

Incorrect Item Shipped: The product delivered does not match the item you ordered (e.g., wrong colour, size, or product).

Important Exclusion: Damages to the outer shipping box, courier satchel, or minor cosmetic defects to the product's primary packaging (like the cardboard gift box or wrapper) that do not affect the internal product's condition, functionality, or quality, will not be covered under our return policy. This external packaging is designed to protect your gift during transit.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged due to their nature:

Personalized, custom-made, or customized items.

Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.

Items on clearance or marked as Final Sale.

5. How to Initiate a Return (Mandatory Email Process) To ensure we can manage your request personally and efficiently, all return and refund requests must be initiated via email:

Email Us: Send an email to garvigifts@gmail.com on the same day of delivery.

Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

Required Information: In the email body, you must include:

The Reason for the return (referencing Section 3).

A clear photograph or short video showing the actual defect or damage to the internal product.

Your preferred resolution (Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit).

Note: All return requests are subject to review by the Garvi Gifts team. We will respond to your email with return instructions and next steps within 1-2 business days.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/defective/wrong item), Garvi Gifts will arrange and cover the cost of the reverse pickup.

If the return is requested for any other reason and approved by us, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds Processing Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, net banking, etc.) within 7-10 working days.
